Psychologically, good stress is called ‘Eustress’ and the bad tension is called ‘suffering’.

Eustress is the thing that inspires us, motivates us and makes us feel good about life.

Suffering can make you feel physically, mentally and emotional. It can also lead to confusion, concentration and concern about performance.

It may feel like you don’t have any control over your stress, but that is incorrect in some cases. It all depends on us. The amount of control that we believe we have a certain stress factor determine whether we will experience it as suffering or Eustress. When we do not have any control over the situation, it is likely to turn into suffering as the death of a family member.
