In 2020, the year we all will remember, for more reasons more than one! Between all of those years. We learned how to not receive anything or anyone being granted. But that is what we are, we learn, adapt and move forward. We have learned how to manage businesses with mammoths working at home, we have learned how to cook meals when there are no other options, we have learned how to wash dishes and work for It must be done, our children are adapted to building a school -like environment, almost almost. We have learned how to look over and above what we think we have been happy but now we know we can live without. Learn the ability to recover, responsibility, courage, compassion, gratitude and more. We also learn the importance of health. We are always told to wash hands, breathe, exercise, eat well, sleep well, etc. – but for plausible and worse reasons, our health has become our top priority in the past few months And exactly. Although there is no formula for 2021, these are a few things you can practice to make your day full of gratitude, happiness and passion 1. Emotes of your friends we see a lot of people experiencing anxiety, stress, etc. this year because we do not know what the next. Although it is not always possible, what we can do is about how it makes us feel. For your loved ones, for a reliable friend, for yourself – so that it can be a great way to feel better about it. 2. Moving more larger organizations emphasized the importance of motion/activity in ensuring physical and mental health. Find your motion choice. Yoga, jogging, jumping, walking – no matter what it is, turning it into a habit and seeing it put you in a better state of physical and mental health. 3. Expressing gratitude is the best explanation through action, try a small exercise. Write down/Think about the three things you are most grateful in 2020 … What do you think of? The gratitude is that it is not the pinnacle of our mind because more often, we want to worry about what happens, what we don’t have, things that can be better . Meanwhile, gratitude is all about gratitude to what you have. Just take 30 seconds a day to be grateful to everything you have and continue with your day on a positive note. 4. Nurturing yourself emphasizes nurturing and does not necessarily have to ‘eat healthy’. We all have foods that bring a smile to our faces, they are always healthy? Perhaps not. But the key is to find a balance between what nourishes the mind and what nourishes the body. Food means fuel for your body and should be eaten happily. Anything that doesn’t make you happy will not make you healthy! Hopefully the next year allows us to heal, become stronger and do more than what gives us joy!
