The man runs dressed as the character of Forest Gump. He is raising money for two organizations

Among us there are people who live compassionately and peacefully. They live to make a difference and show the world that good changes matter, even if they are small. They want to live a memorable life. This is the story of Rob Pope, father of one. He decided to run through the Sahara desert dressed like the iconic character of Forrest Gump. He chose that character because it was very inspiring to him.

Rob is listed in the Gunness Book of World Records for running 25,600 miles across the United States in 2016. The weather was difficult for him. But now his challenge is more difficult because it is very hot.

What he is doing is raising awareness and funding for two non-profit organizations and running for Peace Direct and the World Wildlife Fund. He was inspired to continue and continue his journey as long as he could.

Check out the video below to see him tell his story, we’re sure you’ll love it. You can support us by sharing this article with your friends and family. Enjoy watching!
