A photo of the Kherson sheepdog rescued from the Dnipro sea has been circulating on social networks. It gratefully wrapped its paws around the leg of its rescuer. Wet and exhausted, the dog looked at his rescuers with eyes filled with pain and tears.
This wonderful moment was captured by several Ukrainian photographers: Serhiy Korovainy and Danylo Pavlov.
Rescuers brought the sheepdog out of flooded areas in Kherson on a rubber boat.
