They can make us think something is there when it isn’t, or they can make our eyes see things that aren’t there. Our different perspectives are the reason our brains play tricks on us. To create optical illusion images, simple shapes such as triangles, circles, squares and rectangles are often used. The idea is to find what’s hidden in plain sight.
