Is it okay to not be ok?

With all that is happening around us and the current ecosystem we live in, is it okay to not be okay? Over the past few days, I’ve talked to some people I’ve known in my personal and professional life and others who are just acquaintances. A common topic of discussion among most of these people is that we often feel physically and mentally tired and exhausted. Is it okay for us to say so or seek help? Or would just going with the flow and delaying speaking out mean that I am a weak person, lacking the ability and courage to carry it out? Personally, analyzing, thinking about such emotions and validating them is of no value if we do not take action. Burnout is inevitable until and unless we move forward and take appropriate action. Self-care and mental health complement each other. Focusing on goals, achievements, and achieving results beyond expectations is what most people seek. They think being a juggler is the ultimate expectation and achievement because sometimes they lose it completely and end up finding themselves alone. It’s important to achieve optimal physical, emotional, and mental well-being with small self-care habits. Some things that a person should do and must do: Take a break – it is imperative to give yourself some time and don’t feel guilty about it, don’t let it become a difficult task, you don’t feel okay and just need to rest. Acknowledge that you are indispensable – we must value the time and resources others provide. Celebrate your victories when you do a job well – sit down and take a minute to reflect on your successes and celebrate the small wins. When something goes wrong, remember the victories and I’m sure that will lift your spirits. Make sure you surround yourself with supportive colleagues/family – This will ensure that you have time for self care which will be a healthy giveaway and Be aware of the need for self care body – Requires recharging and rebooting – you must refuel and refill your tank so you can feel good and return to your true form. In the end, it’s easy to get derailed and miss the bus. What is important is Self-Care, Preservation and Self-Management and the obvious issues can be Self-Neglect and Self-Sabotage. It’s important to recognize when unproductive habits like procrastination, worrying, and overthinking take over and we get so busy that we don’t even understand what’s going on. go out. We need to incorporate daily self-care and lead a stable, stress-free, worry-free life that becomes constructive and productive in an authentic way. Self-care is a must and should always be a priority under personal control, intentional and self-initiated, to maintain health and happiness. Therefore, it is important to add a little love and attention to your own body, mind and soul. So you may disagree. Lavang Khare, Senior Vice President of Adfactors Public Relations
