How I Start My Day

No matter what I feel when I wake up in the morning, it is important for me to move. I put a yoga carpet next to my bed, where I lasted and meditated, along with a candle and some crystals. Because I struggled with anxiety and nightmares, these tools are useful to clean my energy and help me focus on my love reality. The important thing for me is to participate in my senses as soon as I wake up, at first gently. . After about 30 minutes of meditation dance and/or yoga, I have breakfast, usually including sunflower and toast, or eggs and some fruit. To strengthen my diet, I often have CBD Coffee or Te, mixed with Collagen peptides (a great source of protein for digestion and bone strength). If I can help it, I avoid checking social media until I eat; Because I have noticed that the tension it creates can hinder my digestion. A few minutes after eating, I often work, using some similar tools I used in meditation to crystallize my intentions during the day. Regardless of what you choose to do, let it fit your body’s needs and your soul’s desire. Be comfortable with your own breath, your own thoughts, your own feelings. They are expressions of your true nature. You deserve love and peace, because you are created from it. If you can, let your first consciousness of the day are the deepest. This not only nourishes your body and brain with oxygen; It is also prepared for you to move (walking, jogging or yoga perhaps) and your nutrients (like a delicious breakfast of eggs and fruits). At the spiritual level, deep breath connecting our body with our souls, reminding us of energy flowing through and around us. Create an interesting start every day. If the sun is hiding, try lighting a candle. You deserve love and peace, because you are created from it. The day is very grateful when you have you in it.
