Don’t let grief get the better of you: Here’s how

Grief takes different forms for different people. While for some it can appear as an identity crisis, for others it can feel like a feeling of disorientation, guilt or sometimes regret. Other forms include feeling overwhelmed, mood swings, feelings of lack of control, loneliness, shock or anxiety. While some people learn to heal themselves, others just learn to live with sadness. The only way to truly heal something is to feel it fully and go through the painful process of feeling it until you learn to live with it.
