Lockdown ended our discipline lifestyle. The absence of the calls to wake up early in the morning (doorbell) from our maids has extended the time we slept in the morning. After that, late night calls, then cooking and OTT and relief without having to go to work the next morning, delayed our bedtime for nearly one or two hours. And when we wake up close to the working hours, most of us took our laptop right after waking up, sitting on the bed and starting to work. Not us? A global study revealed that nearly 70 percent of the last experts worked from the bed while they were at home. Well, while work at home (WFH) allows us to be a lot of freedom but to ensure that our WFH habit does not destroy our work and health goals, it is important to set boundaries and practice self -control. The bed is for the first sleep and the most important thing is that you should not work from the bed that it doesn’t mean to work. Yes, so simple. According to the sleeping pills at Harvard, one should not work from the place they sleep. It is important to keep your laptop, TV and work out of the room to ensure you have a healthy mental relationship between the bedroom and sleep. So when you work from the bed and then try to sleep there, your mind finds it difficult to link your bedroom with a place to comfort and sleep. So if your brain begins to mix and relax, it can become difficult for your biological rhythm. It can bring you a continuous feeling at work, which should not happen. Poor posture and screen contact you cannot maintain accurate posture while sitting on the bed, this can lead to back pain and discomfort. Also, if you work late from your bedroom, looking at a bright screen can make it difficult for you to sleep. Anyway, avoid time on the screen one hour before you touch the bed. So what should you do? Create a workspace for yourself. It should be far from your bed. It may be your dining table, or a table in the living area or classroom. But spend a space for your work. But no less important, it seems difficult to return to a habit, but things are more necessary right now to have a suitable waking and sleeping cycle. If your mind and body are not resting, it cannot be done optimally and can also weaken your immune system.
