When the pandemic broke out for the first time in January, my worried brain certainly knew that it was just a matter of time before all went down to the sewer. Eight months after the pandemic, everything is definitely more miserable than ever. However, what I have learned in these challenging times is how to prevent my thoughts from getting out of control. Do not misunderstand me, the waves of anxiety still try to engulf me, I was better when swimming through these paralysis thoughts.
