What helped me control my crippling anxiety during the coronavirus pandemic

When the pandemic broke out for the first time in January, my worried brain certainly knew that it was just a matter of time before all went down to the sewer. Eight months after the pandemic, everything is definitely more miserable than ever. However, what I have learned in these challenging times is how to prevent my thoughts from getting out of control. Do not misunderstand me, the waves of anxiety still try to engulf me, I was better when swimming through these paralysis thoughts.

Here are three things that really helped me manage my worried thoughts in the pandemic:
