In gymnastics, your only contest is you. When you are working, you constantly put yourself in a test – you want to see if you can raise your weight heavier, you want to see if you are better than what you have promoted you more. Through the core exercise, endurance and high intensity exercise, I am challenging myself every day and that gives me a push, making me stronger mentally and focusing on life . The positive impact of exercise in the gym helps me even outside it; Happiness hormones are released during training to create a melody of the day. During the time when life has become uncertain, mental health is a top priority. Life is very busy and full of competition, and sweating in the gym, helping me keep myself healthy and patient.
