World Happiness Day 2021: Ideas for happiness

What we learned last year was nature responsible for everything. It has a way to apply its power to stop all possible activities in the world. Money or power cannot alleviate their pain and people have to learn how to endure it on their own. Therefore, regardless of whatever people believe in, the rich, the poor and the strong people must comply! The key to making others happy is by happiness. End or end your day with a positive happiness pain is always helpful. However, waking up with gratitude in the morning but there is no belief and belief at the end of the night is like marking a box of check for its benefit. There will be many ups and downs in life, relationships, work, health and all other aspects of life. But the real question lies in how people can respond to these challenges? Personally, I choose to have a positive approach to life and believe in real action. For example, there was a time when I wanted to consume all the sweets available for me, but I still expected my weight to decrease. I even asked Alexa to exercise for me but never asked her (Alexa) to eat chocolate and bread. But how can I expect it to work? So now what I do instead is walking, exercising a bit and occasionally eating with decreasing sugar and in less quantity. However, the warning is to burn calories within 24 hours. That said, exercise helps me to be healthier and even improve my sleep quality. For a long time, there was an unforeseen level of loneliness & fear. I feel as if we were always connected and available to others when being physically or mentally requested. Video calls have been a benefit during this time but Zoom’s fatigue has caused damage to many of us. That said, most of us are ordinary souls struggling to meet both of our purposes. As part of society, each of us can do a little in small ways to make others happy and leave the world to become a better place. Calling or even listening to someone can be healed for many of us. It does not spend a lot of time or money. However, we must remember that our own happiness is equally important. A little self -awareness can do miracles. Each person can contribute to turn today into a better place for themselves and others, for families, communities, animals and plants. Today, I wake up accepting that I am not the most successful businessman in the world. I prepared a small breakfast for my family and then watered the tree. While it was summer, I chose to save water and use it for plants & for birds. In the morning, I shared an old umbrella with a stranger that I thought I would need to protect myself in front of the sun & rain. I decided to bring some foods, clothes, plastic bags and bags containing old disinfectants to provide the poor during the monsoon period because of wetness that could disturb their health and work. For me, to save a little fuel and reduce emissions, I decided to turn off AC and reduce use. Taking care, sharing, listening and speaking appropriately in everyday life is like a micro -anti -virus for different viruses in the journey of our life. In the end, I want to clarify many people who take care of women, who are not cared for. Occasionally oppressed and ignored, their care is often considered natural. How do we admit them by taking care of them in small ways. They are the true heroes of The Lockdown! Each of you can do something. Just think deeper and act on it! My ears are always ready to listen and learn about new ways to enrich life. On World Happiness Day, be happy, make others happier and contribute to turning the planet into a better place to live.
