Even though the pixels are cyan or gray, strawberries still appear red to people.
This is due to a phenomenon called color constancy which is acquired by the brain over time based on our memory.
For example, no matter what color it is, the human mind will always perceive a banana as yellow and an orange as orange. Likewise, our brain has a permanent memory of strawberries being red.
Therefore, regardless of whether the image has red pixels or not, the strawberries in the tart appear red to everyone.
During this process, the brain figures out the color of objects from its memory regardless of the color of the source.
