“A good night’s sleep can process information in the brain while you’re asleep and actually come up with new solutions to complex problems,” he said.

“Also, sleep will help you remember memories. So, sure, I know there are review needs and all that, but I’m still protective of your sleep. It will help you are productive the next day,” he added.
