An Australian man accidentally found a purse with money that had been lost for 25 years and tracked down the forgetful owner

Joseph Beuze, while walking along the shore of Lennoks Khed, found a wallet half buried in the sand.

The man checked and found several bank cards and some Australian dollars inside.

Joseph thought that this discovery might be of interest to someone, so he took a photo and posted it to one of the Facebook communities.

Moving on to Paul Davis. Spot a wallet on a local beach that appears to belong to you. The credit card has expired but the A$5 bill may still be of interest to you.

“Twenty-five years ago you could get a cup of coffee for that amount of money!” – the man posted his article.

The post was read by Jody, who recognized the find as belonging to her spouse’s cousin.

She informed the wallet’s owner about the unique box, and the man said he had actually lost the wallet 25 years ago during a New Year’s Eve celebration.

Buzz and Paul arranged to meet and Paul got his lost wallet back.

In return, he gave the man six cans of beer, which they enjoyed together in a pleasant conversation.
