This animal rescue story began when a man, waiting for his train to the train station, noticed that although there were many people, a completely alone dog was tied to a suitcase.
Too many people don’t realize the full responsibility of owning a pet. People who do not understand this should not keep pets because abandoning them is useless and will only make the animal suffer.
According to STV News, the dog’s name is Kai and it was found at a train station in Scotland. There it was, strapped to a suitcase, and stayed that way for several hours. It becomes increasingly clear that he has been abandoned and no one will come to save him.
A man sat and observed it for a while and then came to see the poor animal. He had a feeling something was wrong. Realizing that no one came to pick up the dog, the man contacted the animal protection organization.
When the organization gets there, they find a chip in Kai’s ear. Therefore, it is easy to find its owner. But the latter explained that he sold the dog several years ago.
They finally found out who the “new” owner was. It turns out that person tried to sell Kai to a woman he would meet at that train station. However, the seller showed the woman a photo of a completely different dog and when she saw him, she did not want to buy the poor dog. Instead of finding another buyer, the man decided to leave Kai at the train station.
The man found Kai and the organization members opened the suitcase in which he was tied. Inside they discovered baskets, toys and food for Kai. No one knows how many hours he was there alone. He waited patiently and hoped his master would return.
They quickly searched for an adoptive family for Kai. Hundreds of volunteers came to care for him, and the choice ultimately fell on a man named Ian Russell. Now Kai finally has a family that loves him and will never let him down.
